If you knew Ben Ruedisili for even one day, you know the energy, passion and comedy he brought to everything he did. Ben was “ALL IN” in everything he did. The BENERGY, as we all love to call it, is a spirit of fun, friendship (and feistiness!) that continues to bring us joy. With that said OYHA is honored to sponsor the 2nd annual Benergy Bash, in honor of Ben’s 11th birthday, through a BENERGY BASH that brings together the communities that shaped his life.
The puck will drop at 2:00 pm at Orono Ice Arena. Youth boys and girls are encouraged to participate on the ice.
The ticket cost is $25 per skater. The event includes organized 3-on-3 scrimmages, relay races, a jersey, team assignments will be given at the door.
If you do have a jersey from last year and would like to re-use we will supply you with a patch that displays "2nd annual Benergy Bash". This will allow more money to go back to OYHA to support our programs.
There is no cost to watch and cheer from the stands -- we hope you'll join us! There will be a Chuck-a-Puck event to benefit Orono Youth Hockey, DJ and much much more!
