All dads are required to be a locker room monitor throughout the hockey season. You MUST complete the following three steps below to receive your certification. Please click on each step to complete.
Register as a Volunteer with USA Hockey
Complete the MANDATORY background screening. This must be completed EVERY year and is a $10.00 charge. **Please note, the MN Hockey website is incorrect in stating every other year.**
Complete the SafeSport training. Please note that there is a certificate for each module and all modules are required. After the last module is completed, they should see a certificate that says “Safe Sport Trained”.
